Chance to Dance’s goal is to provide accessible and affordable dance education to children who have a strong desire to dance. In addition, they seek to help their participants grow into confident, well-rounded individuals that will make a meaningful impact in their communities. Also, staff prioritizes reaching out to low-income families seeking a diverse, educational, entertaining, and secure environment. Lastly, their classes are designed for children of all ability levels and from Kindergarten through High School. As of 2020, their programs consist of 236 students and counting and focus on styles of Hip Hop, Jazz, Creative Movement, and Latin dance. Through its efforts, the organization has ultimately helped over 500 children and families over the past six years in a significant and everlasting way.
